Red Rose Developments is a residential development company dedicated to creating quality homes that our customers are proud to live in. Predominantly based in the South of the UK our vision is simply to design and build unique homes that stand the test of time. Focusing on delivering superior craftmanship, attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
We offer bespoke homes, built to the highest quality and that add lasting value to the communities in which we operate. Our founding set of principles are - Focus on the customer, build in quality throughout the process and continuously adapt ideas to improve the future.
Unique Designs
We work with a creative team of architects, designers and engineers that create bespoke designs for each of our homes. Each home is unique and we don't use standard house types across multiple sites - each one is loving designed to maximise the potential of it's plot and local surrounding environment. We Care about our customers
Our customer aftercare is of upmost importance and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to ensure move in day is exciting for you as is for us. Following handover, each new home owner will have an individual company contact to maintain the relationship going forward.

Vision, priorities and principles
What we offer are homes designed from start to finish with our priority being the customer. We aim for the 'Wow' factor in the overall home buying experience as well as in the aesthetics.
Quality is built into the homes from design stage and is monitored throughout the build, targeting zero defects and fulfilling the needs of the owners long term.
We see each development as an opportunity to create a thriving community, connecting people together. Often with shared facilities to promote engagement. With a vision of leaving a positive long term legacy for all.
Sustainability is a key factor in all of our latest developments. Our goal is to actively promote greener building methods and efficiency whilst creating low maintenance cost homes for customers in years to come.

Having started a career in main contracting some of those modern methods of construction filter through into the designs as well having a passion for using historic, quality and timeless materials. Concentrating around London for many years the company was founded to design and build homes, from land buying to sales and customer aftercare.
