Larks Hill Meadow
Coming soon... Located in Warfield (RG42) this project comprises of seven new properties ranging from one to four bedrooms. With semi-vaulted ceilings and shaker style kitchens these properties have a modern take on a classic style.
Ashridge Court, Wokingham
A selection of three and four bed properties filled with the characteristics of an old farmstead. Each house is unique and has been designed around the buildings original use; being a threshing barn, stables, granary and dairy. Set around a central courtyard the five properties are close to the towns facilities whilst maintaining its rural and private feel. The project was also awarded a 'Highly Commended' accolade at the Berkshire Property awards 2023.
The Barn
Located in a picturesque rural village The Barn features an incredible display of its 500 year old oak frame, contrasting the modern interior. With a traditional timber clad exterior this Garde 2 listed building was designed with its agricultural roots in mind - with exposed steelwork and glazed features, vaulted ceilings and open plan living arrangement. Also featuring smart home and sustainable technology .
The Hayloft
A barn conversion with the wow factor. This open plan conversion has a contemporary feel whilst retaining the industrial qualities of its original farmstead use. The seven meter high glazed entrance hall is its defining feature.
Victoria House
A completely refurbished and extended character family home boasting exposed beams, open fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, bespoke shaker style storage and kitchen units and a period style boot room.

Oak Barn
This Grade 2 listed barn was completely rebuilt using the original oak frame whilst making it super energy efficient. The modern interior and exposed steelwork complimented the industrial use of it's historical past.
The Old Dairy
This converted Old Dairy now features all the benefits of modern living with underfloor heating and low energy costs as well as keeping the heritage features and character of a Victorian barn.
The Old Stables
This converted former Victorian stable block showcases vaulted ceilings, original oak beams and feature brickwork walls adding warmth and character to the property. Large oak framed glazing looking out over the very generous garden and open space beyond.
Granary Cottage
This new build property replaced a former timber framed granary barn and store but was designed to keep the same shape and characteristics. Featuring open plan living, oak features throughout such as ceiling beams, window surrounds and flooring. The vaulted ceilings help to maintain that barn feel and allows in much more light and a feeling of space.
Hunts Farm House
Originally built in 1586 this Farmhouse cottage was brought up to date and is filled with traditional character. A full renovation and extensions were completed with conservation of key features such as the timber beams, open fire and flint walls.
The Old Dairy
Converted from a Victorian milking parlour The Old Dairy sought to maintain the external appearance whilst internally featuring exposed brickwork, original roof trusses and open plan living. With timber floors throughout, woodburning stove and mezzanine study with a view.
The Boathouse
A characterful Grade 2 listed cottage set on the edge of a lake. This very traditional countryside holiday home features stone fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and original features.
